VitalPath Announces Promotion of Max Weis to Expanded Role of President and Chief Operating Officer
New Hope, Minn., November 18, 2025 – VitalPath, a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (“CDMO”) specializing in complex catheters and
precision laser components, today announced the promotion of Max Weis to President, in addition to his current role as Chief Operating Officer, which he has held since 2023.

With more than 20 years of progressive experience in a CDMO environment, Mr. Weis brings a proven record of continuous improvement and cross-functional leadership.
